We collect as little as possible, and use it only to get back to you. No selling data, no tricks.

What we collect

When you fill out a contact form or the smart questionnaire, we collect only what you give us: name, phone number, and a short description of what you need. We don't collect ID numbers, addresses, or payment details.

Why, and for how long

The information serves one purpose: getting back to you about your request. We keep it as long as it's needed to handle the request and stay in touch, and delete it on request.

Who sees it

Only Rom Koren, the owner. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing. If we ever use an outside service to manage requests (a CRM or an email tool, say), we'll update this page and make sure it's secure.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising trackers. We measure basic usage to understand what helps, and only after you accept it in the consent banner: without your consent, no measurement tool loads at all. The measurement is anonymous, with no name, phone, or email, and you can decline at any time. Your inquiry details are sent only when you submit the form.

Your rights

You have the right to see the information we've collected about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise a right — just reach out and we'll take care of it.
